There’s nothing more precious in this world than holding your newborn. Tiny whisps of hair, perfectly nuzzled into your neck, little fingers and toes, with that gorgeous baby smell you just want to bottle up and keep forever. Through the haze of those first few weeks, it’s these moments that you want to remember forever. With my newborn photography session, I capture the emotion of those exact moments of you and your family in baby bliss. Simple, timeless photos that will take you back to those special days whenever you look at them. 

Your newborn photography session is led entirely by your baby. I wait and watch it all unfold - capturing those irresistible stretches and little yawns, in between peaceful moments of sleep. No props or complicated setups required – natural light and your tiny creation are all I need to create beautiful photos of your baby’s first days.

I recommend we do your newborn session before your baby is 10 - 14 days old . To ensure both mama and bub stay relaxed and comfortable. I welcome families into my beautiful studio located in Bulli (with a lovely café next door for those sleep deprived parents needing a coffee pick-me-up!). If your little one is already older than 10 days, it's not too late! Thanks to our lockdowns I am quite experienced in creating newborn sessions for older bubba's too. In home sessions are also available - please see details in the session description.

Not only do I love to capture your precious newborn, but those gorgeous images of your whole family embracing your newest addition. I can’t resist seeing your baby snuggled in your arms or the cheeky grin of a big brother or sister (stealing kisses with their new love). Essentially, your photography session is both a newborn and family session in one! For those families that prefer to have the family images only (without the wrapped/posed element), I’m now offering ‘Baby Bubble’ mini sessions. The result? Beautiful images of bub nuzzled in your arms, sleeping peacefully in their bassinet and cuddles with the family. They're a little quicker and the editing is much lighter.

Rest assured, I will always put your baby first. My newborn session was created in consultation with antenatal nurses to ensure the upmost care is taken with your baby and I am fully vaccinated with whooping cough and covid vaccines.
